| Review: | Great, Until Customer Service Is Needed Great Call Quality. But pray you never need Customer Service. I do not think they have Customer Service Qualified agents. If support of needed there is no Telephone number to reach them. All communication is via Email. Then, who ever they have answering customer service emails, clearly is not trained to be a customer care provider. Will not take time to read your emails, so your point and issues will not come across clearly, and a battle of emails will be created in order to solve one simple issue. No matter how cordial THE CLIENT is to them, they will not care to be gentle to the customer. AWFUL Customer Service!!! | Review: | Avoid VOIP Voip is the worse company I ever dealt with, no customer service and if you got lucky and someone answer. that person has no idea what to do, and sent you to "THE FORUM" so it means go there and GET F#$^%" nothing is goin to happen. | Review: | Very Poor Service I spent hours troubleshooting and never got the issues resolved. Phone service faded in and out. I finally canceled, and still have the email where I requested cancelation, but they just charged me for a second year and gave all kinds of excuses. A very dishonest company. | Review: | Jajah very robust VOIP service Quality of calls is excellent. The web application is very simple and easy to use. I travel to Europe extensively and it is also very easy to get local numbers. Cost of calls is on par with other services. Comments [ 0 ] |
