| Review: | Best Deal I found The best VoIP provider I tested. I have switched 3 times before I got JoiPhone. 1) Fast shipping. I ordered service at 5PM and got a brand new Linksys router (yes router, not just skimpy adapter) next day 2) The moved my number from VoIP.com in 1.5 weeks 3) Support guys SKEAK ENGLISH, and are more then eager to help 4) Quality is by far the best. 5) Price: I got 50% off and pay $8.95/mo for Unlimited phone line. Stop hating, this is the best value out there. |

| Review: | Avoid Vonics Totally I got their phone adapter and hooked it up.. calls worked with static for about 3 days then the service went down. I called them and called them for about a month.. finally left an email ticket for support. one guy calls me back (on my cell of course)says hes going to change some settings and will call back. Never called back and phone never came up. I email again. 5 days later they email me saying to send them the mac address of the box they sent me. which i dont know why they dont have a record of what they sent me to begin with? I moved my phone service to another provider and had the number ported.. i sent them a cancellation email. and they gave me an rma number to send the box back.. i sent it back.. they never refunded me my unused time based on the monthly rate like their site says they should.. they are bunch of crooks. STAY AWAY!!!! |

| Review: | Bad news I have had the service for almost a yr. Service has been intermittent, sometimes out for a day, sometimes more than a week. Voice mail doesn't work. In theory, the system can save a lot of money but my wife has boycotted any other VOIP, based on our sunrocket and vonics experience. |

| Review: | Very Very Unreliable I prepaid for a year of service and I am on my 9th month. I have been getting disruption of service at least once a month and each time lasted over 3 days. The disruption I am talking about is a total blackout meaning their own line, websites, CS all go down. After 24 hours of no service, they would e-mail a notice of disrutption via a gmail e-mail account! They have the worst reliability among all VOIP providers. Avoid them. |

| Review: | Not bad at all myLowPhone is everything I expected it to be and more. They say you get what you pay for, well I only pay 9.99 a month and I get well more than what I pay for. I like checking my voicemails on my computer, I get them sent right to my outlook email account. Good stuff. |
