Review: Great, Until Customer Service Is Needed
Great Call Quality. But pray you never need Customer Service. I do not think they have Customer Service Qualified agents. If support of needed there is no Telephone number to reach them. All communication is via Email. Then, who ever they have answering customer service emails, clearly is not trained to be a customer care provider. Will not take time to read your emails, so your point and issues will not come across clearly, and a battle of emails will be created in order to solve one simple issue.
No matter how cordial THE CLIENT is to them, they will not care to be gentle to the customer. AWFUL Customer Service!!!
Axvoice would be a perfect VOIP company if they would pride themselves with a good Customer Service department.

I agree with that.. They don't have Customer service via telephone. In fact they have development Center is in Lahore, Pakistan and they can not afford to receive calls from US to Pakistan via legal VoIP channel. That's how they are doing.

Axvoice company is garage operation - the address to return equipment is residential one!

Just this fact can tell quite a bit about the level of the operation.

Needless to say,- notes about customer service in the review are absolutely correct: customer service simply does not exists in Axvoice!

No customer support via telphone. They provide phone service and they can not afford to have a customer service via telephone.

"I don't recommend Axvoice service to anyone"
I used to have a plan with them called Pay as You Go (Pay just for the calls you make). In order to use this plan, a deposit was required. I placed $20.00 in it. I used only $0.27 out of $20.00. When I canceled my account after a month, no one returned my deposit money back. I have made numerous attempts to get my money back but so far no luck. I sent e-mails and left messages on Axvoice tech-support (888-277-8647)and Axvoice Billing (212-933-9460) but so far I have not received a response from them. I also contacted Better Business Bureau and Federal Communications Commission and so far Axvoice doesn't respond even to them.
I really regret having business with them and do not recommend them to anyone. In order to avoid my mistake, stay away from the company and do not spend a single cent on their products and services.
