Review: THE WORST - STAY AWAY
Signed up in SEPTEMBER for my current number to be ported and switched over to ECR Voice. Sent in appropriate forms TWICE - customer service acknowledge receipt. ECR Never sent box, charged me for service during three months I was signed up with them - dropped the ball and didn't port number and I have a dead phone line used for my customers starting Dec. 1 - during the busiest business month of the year. They charged me but never ported my number and I never had service with them. Everyone at customer service "confused". NO apology for their mistake - only wanted me to continue to use their service with a new phone number which would be detrimental to my business - not that it hasn't been greatly damaged now that I have no phone for my customers to call orders in on. If I have to go without a phone til I sign up for a new number I'm better off going with another company rather then going with ECR when they've proven to me that getting my money is the only thing that matters to them - who knows when they would "get around" to actually giving me service. These people really dropped the ball and aren't even decent enough to apologize for their mistake. A HUGE mistake choosing their company that will have monetary repercussions for me. Save your money and your time by going with a RELIABLE service whose staff actually know what's going on. Can't say enough BAD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY - I'm furious and am loosing money every day. They had three months to port my number and were collecting payment from me the entire time. Even Meghan Davidson, the Operations Manager didn't have the decency to offer an apology for her company's mistake - just kept trying to talk me into continuing with their company with a new phone number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY".
