Review: Beware of Fonvantage they have problems !!!!!!!!!!
HORRIBLE. More than 6 months they did not port MY PHONE number....I couldnt' call out, people couldn't call in. couldnt' receive any calls at any time from cell phones. Many did not answer my calls, as there either was NO phone number ID or it was some number FonVantage assigned to me without telling me. A VERITABLE NIGHTMARE. Couldn't not dial 1-877 numbers necessary for my job for conference calls. They dont' care. BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM FONVANTAGE!.Nobody answers the phones..they do not get back to you. They have a problem with their technology and wont' admit it to the customers. I purchased mine through Fortune and they should really drop the product.

YES KATHY!!!! I had the VERY same problem with them - it took 6 months to port my number - and the whole time I'm expecting them to be quality due to the Fortune High Tech Marketing endorsement - it was a joke!! Poor customer service!! Then, when I wanted to move - I was ported away but they STILL BILLED ME ANOTHER MONTH!!!! WHAT!!!!???!!! Unbelievable - they don't drop your service (even when they're not providing it!) until you actually call them to cancel...what!!?? Unbelievable - RUN from these guys - they are pretty amateur compared to Vonage.

Fonvantage has the worst Customer Service department I have ever encountered. My phone service has been sporadic at best. It finally stopped working all together on Thursday. I gave up and called Customer Service after rebooting my system at least four times. I waited for well over 15 minutes for someone to pick up the call. When they finally did the Customer Service person had me reboot my system at least twice again with no effect. After being on my cell phone for 1hr. 22min. 07sec., I was told that they could not help me and would send my problem over to their Level 2 service. He said I would receive a call back later that day. The following day (Friday), not having received a call back I called Customer Service again. The lady who spoke to me was of no help. She refused to transfer me to Level 2 customer service. She said she did not have a contact number for them. All she could tell me is that someone will contact me the following Monday. I am still waiting for my phone to be fixed. This is the worst phone service and Customer Service I have ever encountered and would never recommend it to my worst enemy.
