Review: Run - don't walk - from Fonvantage
It took 6 months to get ported from Vonage. Fonvantage did not call me when they were having problems - I had to call everytime and finally had to get tough on them to get results. Then, when I left, they continued to bill me until I called and told them to cancel my service. They would have continued billing me until I called. Never had a good customer service experience with them - they're amateur at best compared to other VOIP companies. Stay away from them!
