Review: Worst Ever Customer Support
Just cannot get hold of customer service no matter what I try call, email, website etc.

The JOIP website does not even recognize me when I try to contact technical support.

Voicemail intermittent - sometimes people can leave message, sometime they can't. Sometimes you can collect messages, sometimes you can't. Sometime it will take 3 days for a message to suddenly 'appear'.

I'm only using this as a temporary solution and would NOT recommend to anyone.

The only good thing is the price - but then again you get what you pay for!

Review: Joip customer service is nonexsistant
Joip VOIP service has been great until the moment I needed customer service. I've called the customer support numbers for Canada and USA; both numbers reply: "number out of service". I've emailed the customer support email address: No reply. My latest attempt is to contact Panasonic who supply the hardware for Joip's service, they were helpful and would investigate the issue and get back to me. I think Panasonic has found a bad business partner in Delta-Three, if it is in fact Delta-three that is supplying the customer service for Joip.

Review: Bad customer services
Sunday I bought phone model BB-Gt1502B, when I hooked the phone I got my JOIP # immediatly, but I did not receive my password number to be able to access the web site and be able to add fund to my account, I spent more than 2 hours and half on sunday trying to reach someone at the customer service of JOIP, no one answer the phone we keeping holding undefinitly, I sent two e-mail on sunday and didn't get any answer, now we are on monday now I lost more then one hours waiting and trying to reach someone at the the customer service, no one answer the phone, I sent 3 e-mails, I think that the best thing to do will be to bring back the phone where I bought it to get refund, to much poor customer service....

Review: joip is cool
You can only get the service by purchasing a panasonic globarange phone; but, thats all you need, paid service starts at $7 a month and you get a local number with that. Rates are close to skype and stuff with $0.02 per minute for most places. Check out http://joipforum.com to talk with other people.
