| Review: | Joip customer service is nonexsistant Joip VOIP service has been great until the moment I needed customer service. I've called the customer support numbers for Canada and USA; both numbers reply: "number out of service". I've emailed the customer support email address: No reply. My latest attempt is to contact Panasonic who supply the hardware for Joip's service, they were helpful and would investigate the issue and get back to me. I think Panasonic has found a bad business partner in Delta-Three, if it is in fact Delta-three that is supplying the customer service for Joip. |
