| Review: | Worst Ever Customer Support Just cannot get hold of customer service no matter what I try call, email, website etc. The JOIP website does not even recognize me when I try to contact technical support. Voicemail intermittent - sometimes people can leave message, sometime they can't. Sometimes you can collect messages, sometimes you can't. Sometime it will take 3 days for a message to suddenly 'appear'. I'm only using this as a temporary solution and would NOT recommend to anyone. The only good thing is the price - but then again you get what you pay for! |
