| Review: | Don't do it! If you have an issue (like an outage) and you call customer service, they email someone. Whatever issue you have, be ready to deal with it for at least 5 to 7 days. YES I said DAYS. Even if they (Joiphone) did something wrong, your business or home phone is out of service, and any caller thinks you are out of business, or left the country, when in fact you have paid for a year in advance. The customer service people speak English, but that doesn’t do much good when you are talking to a rock. |
