| Review: | Inept Technical Sup. Is Sinking Packet8 Take it from me. My small office is running an extremely simple network with 3.5 Mbps average nw speed. I've spoken with about 7 regular technical support people, who all didn't understand both the Packet8 products, or basic networks. The elevated tech support people had very spotty knowledge. A Voip company cannot function without a decent knowledgebase, and Packet8 has none. Beware: if you go with Packet8, you will not only have problems --- you will be on your OWN. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Don't Use Packet 8 I would not recommed Packet 8 to anyone. The phone has lots of noise. Customer service is not good, nor are they well informed or trained. Never get the same answer twice. No refund of prepayments when you terminate service. VERY displeased. Comments [ 0 ] |
