| Review: | Inept Technical Sup. Is Sinking Packet8 Take it from me. My small office is running an extremely simple network with 3.5 Mbps average nw speed. I've spoken with about 7 regular technical support people, who all didn't understand both the Packet8 products, or basic networks. The elevated tech support people had very spotty knowledge. A Voip company cannot function without a decent knowledgebase, and Packet8 has none. Beware: if you go with Packet8, you will not only have problems --- you will be on your OWN. |
