| Review: | horrible I went to Vonics when Sunrocket folded. I was assured by my sales person how much Vonics was better and more stable than other providers. I have had headaches monthly! | Review: | Nonexistent Service Phone service has not worked for over a month. No response from technical services other that "recycle power source" which did not work. Only call back from customer service was at 10PM! They will not port over number to new service as required and they will not tell me why. English is not a native language to customer service! | Review: | Vonics Very Bad Unreliable Poor Vonics offered us service in 3 business days. It took eleven business days to get the box and it came without directions. Vonics told us it would take seven to ten days to get our telephone numbers ported over. It has been well over 6 weeks. Vonics told us when we move, we could get a new area code number in the town we live in. We have sick relatives thus 911 is integral. Vonics later said they could not provide the new telephone number in the new area code. We lost service for four days already. No one picks up the phone at Vonics as far as I can tell. We are put on hold and finally you can't hold any longer, you are asked to leave your name and phone number. No one has ever called us back. We got scammed by Sunrocket and I feel Vonics is similar. My basis for this complaint is plain and simple --- our phone is out for four days, we're technically savvy and Vonics has no answer for us, nor are they offering refunds, credits, a fast shipped new gizmo etc. We paid upfront as they require and feel very suckered.
