Avoid Vonics Totally
I got their phone adapter and hooked it up.. calls worked with static for about 3 days then the service went down. I called them and called them for about a month.. finally left an email ticket for support. one guy calls me back (on my cell of course)says hes going to change some settings and will call back. Never called back and phone never came up. I email again. 5 days later they email me saying to send them the mac address of the box they sent me. which i dont know why they dont have a record of what they sent me to begin with? I moved my phone service to another provider and had the number ported.. i sent them a cancellation email. and they gave me an rma number to send the box back.. i sent it back.. they never refunded me my unused time based on the monthly rate like their site says they should.. they are bunch of crooks. STAY AWAY!!!! |
