| Review: | zingotel started charging me as a business I was quite happy with the zingotel service until they arbitrarily decided that my wife was a business even though I don't believe she even calls any businesses. There is no way to get in touch with them and all emails just say "As per records we observed that your telephone account has exhibited certain usage patterns which flag it as being for other than residential purpose" which is absurd because as I have noted at least 95% of my wifes phone calls are to your own home. If I could actually talk to a person I'm reasonably certain I could convince them my wife is not a business but of course you are unable to actually speak to a person. Oh - my bill went from 15.90 promised for ever to 50.90 - Regular phone service is way cheaper than this. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Super Had this service for well over a year. Even though there's a slight delay that causes you to talk-over whoever you're talking to sometimes, for the value--It can't be beat. To tack on an 800 number for $4 a month is a great feature. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Talk Long, Pay Short Talk Long - No call limit within USA or Canada, no disconnection. Pay Short - Monthly charges are less than $20 for home single connection. I love Zingotel connection. It has lots of features which other phone companies give, but I really loved "Softphone" feature of Zingotel. I installed softphone suggested by Zingotel in my Laptop and wherever I travel my phone travels with me. I need only internet connection to place or receive calls. Also voice mail will reach my Gmail account, if I cant take the call. The reason I gave rating 9 for features is caller ID facility is not available yet. Excellent customer service. If you cant reach the customer service, you can simply leave your number. Trust me, they will call you within 24 hrs. Call quality is gud, sometimes I hear some noise, might be due to my net connection. Overall I will give rating 9 to Zingotel and I am refering Zingotel to all my friends whoever travels to USA. | Review: | Great choice for VOIP I just started using the Zingotel service the other week, and it works great. Under 2 minutes to plug in the provided cables...computer doesn't even need to be turned on...only need your broadband modem switched on and you are ready to make a call...instant dial tone through the included Sipura/Linksys telephone adapter. It took about 3 weeks to get my telephone adapter via UPS, but they are only slow due to the popularity of their service...I was patient and waited...once my Zingotel package left their offices in Florida it only took 1 day to reach me with UPS express air delivery to Canada. That is impressive, and I appreciated the quick to-my-door delivery. I can forgive them for my 3 week wait since the service works exceptionally good. I was even able to get a Canadian phone #. Looks like I will definately be a customer for a while, as I have nothing to complain about. If you want a good provider of VOIP for a low cost...choose Zingotel. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Best value for money Not only is it the cheapest from what we have researched, the price you can;t beat! We've had it for almost a year and yes, this does work. Voicemail comes to email, call forwarding to cell phone, 3way calling, etc. Best of all, these guys gave us a free adapter (i think the promo still stands) Comments [ 0 ] |
