| Review: | zingotel started charging me as a business I was quite happy with the zingotel service until they arbitrarily decided that my wife was a business even though I don't believe she even calls any businesses. There is no way to get in touch with them and all emails just say "As per records we observed that your telephone account has exhibited certain usage patterns which flag it as being for other than residential purpose" which is absurd because as I have noted at least 95% of my wifes phone calls are to your own home. If I could actually talk to a person I'm reasonably certain I could convince them my wife is not a business but of course you are unable to actually speak to a person. Oh - my bill went from 15.90 promised for ever to 50.90 - Regular phone service is way cheaper than this. |
